Why Practice is Important

Swimming is a sport where your child needs to practice more often. Your child’s body will respond better if he/she practices all four (4) days of the week. Their times will improve at a greater rate and they will feel more a part of the team.

Given the abbreviated duration of a Summer Swim season, practice is extremely important.  Not only for the individual swimmer, but for the team as a whole so they are ready to compete at the highest level possible.
